The above prices are per week (Saturday to Saturday) and include:

- oven
- Satellite TV
- Wi-FI
- safe
- ironing board
- iron
- microwave oven
- hairdryer
- final cleaning (except kitchen and dishes)
- private beach service (1 umbrella and 2 deckchairs per apartment)
- private parking (1 space per apartment)
- Bicycle (subject to availability)
This does not include: tourist tax, breakfast, linen (sheets, towels, etc.).
POSSIBILITY OF RENT at our hotel.
GENERAL RULES:
- The apartment is delivered from 12:00 to 13:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 09:30 on the day of departure.
- The reservation is valid after the receipt of the deposit, the amount of which is determined by the management at the time of booking (payable by postal order). The balance must be paid upon arrival in direction. Early departures are not entitled to any refund.
- The number of persons accommodated must match the one on the reservation to the management.
- Cancellations will be accepted up to 45 days before arrival and your deposit will be refunded after deduction of expenses .
- In the event of delays in arrival, you must notify. After 24 hours from the date of the arrival, the apartment means free and will keep the deposit.
- Any complaints are accepted only until 22:00 on the day of arrival.
- At the time of departure the apartment must be left in order as shipped, with pots and dishes clean.
